He has over a decade of experience in PE-backed environments with multi-site operations and has held leadership roles in both finance and operations. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant and an MBA candidate at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, blending disciplined financial management with hands-on operational expertise to build lasting partnerships.
